Oakwood Primary Academy in Eastbourne is seeking an Attendance Officer to support pupil attendance, maintain accurate records, and assist with admissions. The role is permanent, part-time (term-time plus one week) with daytime hours and a collaborative team environment.
The successful candidate will have experience in school attendance administration, strong organisational and communication skills, and a commitment to safeguarding. DBS checks will be completed as part of the appointment process.
Oakwood Primary Academy is looking to recruit a dynamic, enthusiastic and experienced Attendance Officer to join our friendly and supportive team.
This role is offered on a permanent, part-time, term-time only plus one week basis working 8.30am - 12.30pm Monday to Friday.
This is an important role within the school, supporting the effective management of pupil attendance. You will work closely with pupils, families and colleagues to promote excellent attendance, maintain accurate records, and support the admissions process.

GCSE Maths and English grade 4-9 (A-C) or equivalent essential
Paediatric First Aid Certificate essential
