Job summary

Compass Eko Trust is seeking an organised Attendance and Inclusion Support Officer to coordinate attendance, SEND admin, and medical needs across Fairfield Infant and Colneis Junior School. The role supports safeguarding and inclusion priorities and may involve travel between federation sites.

This permanent, term-time post offers 36 hours per week across two sites, with driving licence and access to a vehicle required. DBS checks and pre-employment clearances are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate attendance, medical needs and SEND admin to remove barriers to learning, participation and wellbeing.
• Work with pupils, families, staff and external agencies to improve attendance and support medical and SEND processes.
• Maintain accurate records in line with statutory requirements and school procedures.
