Job summary

Anglian Learning is seeking an Inclusion & Attendance Coordinator for Sawston Village College. The role focuses on improving attendance, punctuality, and inclusion, with emphasis on vulnerable pupils and Individual Attendance and Engagement Plans (IAEPs).

You will work with school leaders, families and external agencies to monitor records, analyse data and implement targeted interventions to maximise pupil engagement and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in school attendance, pastoral, behaviour or inclusion roles.
• Experience working with parents, carers and external agencies.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor attendance and inclusion processes across the school.
• Analyse attendance and inclusion data and coordinate interventions.
• Build positive relationships with families and monitor pupil welfare.
• Contribute to safeguarding, attendance and inclusion strategies.
