Job summary

West Northamptonshire Council is seeking a School Attendance Support Officer to work with schools, families and partner agencies to improve attendance and educational outcomes. You will review attendance data, identify barriers, provide guidance on entitlement and support the right services for children and young people.

You’ll meet families, conduct home visits, and collaborate with partner agencies to address barriers while balancing accountability and statutory processes when needed.
