Lodge Park Academy is seeking an Attendance Welfare Officer to support students and families, remove barriers to attendance, and promote a safe, inclusive learning environment. You will work under the Vice Principal's leadership as part of a dedicated pastoral team.

The role emphasizes safeguarding, wellbeing, and partnership with families to ensure every student can attend and engage fully in their education at our Academy and within the David Ross Education Trust framework.

• Experience in attendance/welfare in education preferred.
• Knowledge of safeguarding policies and DBS procedures beneficial.

About the role

The Attendance Welfare Officer will work under the leadership of the Vice Principal. The successful person will play a vital role in contributing to the culture, ethos, and wellbeing of the whole Academy, by working closely with families to remove student barriers to learning or attending.

Salary & Benefits

Scale NJC 11: £29,071 FTE, £25,535.36 pro rata per annum

39 weeks, 37 hours a week Monday to Friday
