Job summary

Danetree Primary School in West Ewell, Epsom, is seeking an Attendance and Admissions Officer to promote strong attendance, manage admissions, and keep accurate pupil records.

The role works with the Inclusion Team, offers 25 hours a week during term time, and is permanent with a pro rata salary around £16,167; 39 weeks incl INSET; LGPS eligibility and flexible working options.

Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and committed to helping pupils achieve their full potential? Danetree Primary School are seeking a dedicated Attendance and Admissions Officer to join their team and play a key role in promoting strong attendance across the schools.

Your Opportunity

The Attendance and Admissions Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring every pupil has fair access to education and that the school meets all statutory responsibilities. The postholder will oversee the full admissions process, maintain accurate and compliant pupil records, and drive high levels of attendance across the school, working closely with the Inclusion Team to support positive outcomes for all pupils.

The Details

Start Date: ASAP

Salary: £27,061 FTE

Pro Rata Salary: £16,166.96

Hours: 25 hours a week - Monday to Friday, 8am to 1pm (39 weeks incl. INSET)

Grade: GLF Specialist Point 1

Contract: Permanent
