ATS Implementation Project Manager (6–9 Month FTC)
Hybrid – 2 Days/Week in Holborn, London
Reporting to: Head of Global Talent
Global University Systems (GUS) is transforming our recruitment technology and candidate experience. We're seeking an ATS systems and Talent Acquisition expert to lead the consolidation of our UK higher education institutions’ Applicant Tracking Systems, setting the foundation for global expansion in 2026.
A critical requirement is that the chosen ATS provider is AI and automation-focused, with a robust AI-centric product roadmap. This will enable our Talent Acquisition teams to automate routine tasks and focus on value-added recruitment activities. The Project Manager must have this vision front of mind throughout the project lifecycle.
The Role
You’ll lead the full lifecycle of the project—from stakeholder engagement and process mapping to vendor selection, platform configuration, go-live, training, and ongoing optimisation. A key deliverable will be a centralised careers site hosted by the ATS that reflects the of each institution and enhances the candidate experience.
