Protriathletes is seeking an entry-level Customer Services Executive to join our growing team at the London HQ. You’ll be an early point of contact for athletes, fans, and members, handling registrations, entries and membership queries with a focus on accuracy and helpfulness.

You will work with AI tools to draft replies and learn to tailor responses, supporting a fast-paced, sports-focused environment where customer experience drives engagement and retention.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Excellent written communication and tone.
• Comfortable using new technology, including AI tools.

Aufgaben

• Respond to athlete, fan and member queries by email and new channels such as AI-supported live chat.
• Provide clear, friendly information on registrations, entries, events, accounts and membership.
• Take ownership from first contact to resolution and escalate where needed.
• Occasionally travel to events to support athletes and experience the customer journey.
