Job summary

Castore is seeking a part-time Supervisor to lead our store team, working 20 hours per week. You will set the pace on the shop floor, drive productivity, and maintain a positive, high-energy environment while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

You will deputise for Managers, communicate effectively, and strive to deliver a world-class shopping experience for our customers. A hands-on leader with excellent communication skills will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or management role within a customer-facing environment.
• Retail experience is beneficial.
• Ability to thrive in a sales-targeted environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members in duties and performance, providing feedback and reporting strengths/weaknesses to management.
• Motivate, guide, and mentor team members to exceed goals and maintain a positive environment.
• Train new team members in company standards, customer service, and job duties.
• Collaborate with other supervisors and management to set and evaluate stock, logistics, projects, and goals.
