Job summary

Castore in Cannock is seeking a part-time Supervisor to create a world-class shopping environment for our customers. You will lead the team day-to-day, deputising for the Managers and ensuring both the sales floor and behind the scenes run smoothly.

This role requires excellent communication, pace and authority to get the best from the team. It is a 20 hour per-week contract, offering the chance to grow within a premium sportswear brand built on innovation and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervisory or management in a customer-facing environment.
• Retail experience is beneficial.
• Thrives in a sales-targeted environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team on the shop floor and behind the scenes.
• Motivate, guide, and mentor staff to meet targets.
• Train new team members to company standards.
• Coordinate stock, logistics, and store projects with managers.
