This is a rewarding opportunity to support vulnerable adults to develop the skills, confidence and independence they need to move towards more independent accommodation and achieve their personal goals.
You'll work alongside tenants to help them sustain their accommodation, manage their finances, access benefits, develop independent living skills and overcome the challenges they may face.
At Target Housing, we believe that stable accommodation, the right support and a psychologically and trauma-informed approach can transform lives.
