Job summary

Target Housing is seeking an AST Support Worker to join our team in Grimsby on a 6-month fixed-term maternity cover. You will provide person-centred housing-related support to tenants living in Target Housing accommodation and act as a key worker for a caseload, helping them sustain their accommodation and achieve greater independence.

• Experience with vulnerable adults and supported housing.
• Knowledge of Welfare Benefits System.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred housing-related support to tenants.
• Act as a key worker and develop personalised support plans.
