As an AssocRICS Building Surveyor and Registered Valuer, you will:

• Conduct pre-purchase surveys for luxury residential and commercial properties in London and the surrounding areas Engage in a variety of projects including: Listed Building Surveys Scopes of Work & Contract Administration Building Pathology and Defect Analysis Reinstatement Cost Assessments Schedules of Condition Party Walls & Rights of Light Measured Building Surveys (including 3D scanning) Property Valuation

Flexible Working Environment

• Primarily work from home with regular virtual and in-person team meetings Option to utilize a shared workspace for added collaboration
