Your Purpose:

Responsibilities and requirements:

• Act as Planning Lead on projects across various markets and sectors.
• Participate actively in bid preparation, tender submissions, and framework responses.
• Serve as lead consultant for multi-disciplinary projects, managing project delivery.
• Support junior colleagues and planning team leaders.
• Work within a dynamic multi-disciplinary environment alongside environmental, engineering, and design professionals within AtkinsRéalis (UK and international).
• Engage with market and client leads to support business growth and opportunities.

What You Can Bring:

• A relevant Planning degree; RTPI membership is desirable.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, determined, and resilient.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and meet tight deadlines across multiple assignments.
• Experience with the Environment Impact Assessment process.
• Knowledge of Strategic Planning and Planning policy.
• Understanding of TCPA, DCO, TWAO, or equivalent applications.
• Ability to work well in multi-disciplinary teams and contribute effectively across various projects and geographies.
• High-quality report writing and presentation skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Flexibility in applying knowledge to diverse planning tasks.
• Proven ability to develop client relationships.
• Experience in work winning and supporting market growth.
