A leading, multi-disciplinary property consultancy based in Central London is looking to add to their extremely busy Planning team as they deal with more and more projects they have been instructed on. As an Associate Planner, you will be working closely with Directors on major projects across several sectors including the residential, commercial, mixed-use, education and student accommodation markets.

Responsibilities

1. Work closely with Directors on major projects.
2. Engage in projects across various sectors including residential, commercial, mixed-use, education, and student accommodation.

Qualifications

1. Chartered member of the RTPI.
2. Experience in working on projects in London and the South East.
3. Solid understanding of the UK planning system with a focus on London & the London Plan.
4. Strong communication skills.
5. Consultancy experience is preferred; public sector experience with major projects in London or with the GLA will be considered.
