The client, a global leader and one of the leading Real Estate Consultancies, is looking for an experienced Associate Town Planner to join the Planning team in Cambridge!

Successful candidates will be Chartered with the RTPI, have an RTPI-accredited planning degree (or related qualification), and demonstrate consultancy experience. You must be enthusiastic, client-focused, and have a track record of independently managing planning applications.

The Position as an Associate Town Planner

• Project initiation and site selection through to end-of-life phase
• Engage in developing the company's client base, enhancing its reputation, and actively contributing as a team member
• Contribute to a diverse range and scale of projects such as private housebuilders, government organizations, social housing developers and landlords, and commercial developers
• Be part of a team with versatile expertise

Essential Criteria for the Candidate as an Associate Town Planner

• Chartered Member of the RTPI
• Relevant experience within the planning industry, working within a consultancy or developer
• Good communication skills and an enthusiastic attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proven track record in project management and business development
