Associate Town Planner

A leading Property consultancy is seeking to appoint an Associate Director to their London team as they continue to offer unrivalled advice on major schemes across London and the South East. You will work with major housebuilders, developers, and investors, maintaining relationships and upholding their reputation for gaining consent on some of the most iconic developments across the UK.

Daily responsibilities include preparing complex applications for a range of schemes and developments, working closely with local authorities and major stakeholders. You should aim to generate new business through your network and regularly pursue new opportunities for instructions.

Candidates should have a proven track record of delivering successful planning consents across London and the South East, with excellent knowledge of the UK Planning system. Membership of the RTPI is essential for this role, as is the ability to work closely with clients. Strong communication skills, including chairing meetings and public speaking, are required.
