We are a team focused on enabling change via third-party provider FNZ, a leading Platform as a Service (PaaS) firm. FNZ's technology forms a significant part of our daily operations, from client interactions to administrative tasks, as it constitutes our platform.

Our role is to facilitate and coordinate technical changes and inquiries related to delivery capabilities through FNZ. We do this via scheduled code releases and adhoc technical updates.

• Align the UKPI roadmap with the FNZ roadmap
• Enable the UKPI business to request changes from FNZ
• Prioritize and ratify requested changes with our leadership team
• Document prioritized changes effectively through requirements documents by VG stakeholders
• Support VG stakeholders in requesting FNZ changes, leveraging our knowledge of platform functionality
• Ensure FNZ meets our key requirements through their solution documentation
• Drive engagement with FNZ until requested changes are live in production
• Host weekly analysis and API clinics to assist internal teams with quick FNZ-related questions
• Work daily with the FNZ project team to remove blockers, address escalations, and track delivery of technical changes
• Ensure that technical changes, whether release-bound or not, are safely deployed to production

Focus of your role:

• Support stakeholders with FNZ requests using platform knowledge and understanding of the delivery process
• Assist in delivering items within the release cycle by reviewing requirements and solution documentation, supporting functional reviews, defect reviews, and post-release warranty support

• Conduct the FNZ analysis clinic to ensure clarity of Vanguard requests and FNZ responses

Qualifications

• Two years of project management experience preferred, especially in Financial Services or related functions
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent training and experience
