As the Associate Product Owner, you will support our Inbound End-to-End Visibility Product team. You will work closely with the Product Owner to define and prioritize product features and requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the product is developed and delivered according to customer needs and business goals.

The Inbound End-to-End Visibility portfolio supports a diverse range of stakeholders and functions within Primark, including but not limited to Supply Chain, Inbound, and Customs. The team is responsible for delivering technology solutions that meet the requirements of a rapidly evolving legislative landscape, working in an agile manner to respond to changing business needs.

What You'll Do:

Your daily activities will include:

  • Developing a strong understanding of our existing system and application landscape for Inbound End-to-End & Visibility Platform and Customs Export Control Systems as a foundation for future solutions.
  • Assisting the Product Owner in defining and prioritizing product features and requirements based on customer feedback and market research.
  • Collaborating with engineering, design, and key business stakeholders to ensure the product aligns with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Working with internal and external teams to shape landscapes and solutions that support strategic goals.
  • Creating and maintaining product documentation, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Conducting market research and competitive analysis to stay updated on industry trends and customer needs.

What You'll Bring

We value authenticity and key experience for this role:

  • Degree-level education or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Experience in a Supply Chain environment is desirable.
  • Experience working within Agile methodologies is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret customer needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
  • Ability to work alongside senior management at all levels within Technology, the business, and external partners.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize work within deadlines.
  • Experience delivering solutions.
  • Understanding of integrations and data transformation in complex environments.
