I'm currently working with a Big 4 accountancy firm in Manchester who are looking to expand their M&A team.

Your new role:

• Advising UK and international clients on transaction tax and wider commercial M&A issues, managing a portfolio of high-profile projects.
• Conducting due diligence in respect of mergers and acquisitions.
• Handling ad hoc project work.

What we are looking for:

• Suitable qualification (ACA/ACCA/CTA).
• Exposure to international clients.
• Prior M&A tax experience.
