DCL Consulting Engineers Ltd is seeking an experienced Structural Engineer at Associate level in Central London, with a clear pathway to Executive Director. The role combines strong technical delivery with team leadership, client liaison and active business development.

The successful candidate will mentor engineers, manage projects end-to-end and work closely with Directors to drive growth and shape the future of the practice.

• Proven ability to lead complex structural/civil projects.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience mentoring graduates and engineers on technical delivery.

Mansioni

• Lead and manage structural projects from inception to completion.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance across projects.
• Mentor and develop graduate and project engineers.
• Build and maintain client, architect and contractor relationships.
• Contribute to business development and new client work.
• Prepare fee proposals, tenders and scopes of service.
• Assist with project and commercial management including fees and resources.
• Collaborate with Directors on strategic growth of the practice.
