  • Collaborate with stakeholders and clients
  • Conduct site visits, structural surveys, investigations, and repairs

Who we’re looking for: You should have a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, ideally be chartered with ICE or IStructE, or working towards it.

Additionally, you will:

  • Be familiar with residential construction, including traditional and framed structures
  • Possess market awareness, financial management skills, and client development experience
  • Have experience in structural investigations, including those related to the Building Safety Act
  • Be proficient with Tekla (Designer and Tedds) and ideally AutoCAD/Revit
  • Demonstrate leadership skills and management experience
  • Be decisive, motivated, innovative, and autonomous
