Ruth Wagstaff Recruitment Ltd in Bristol is seeking a Construction Associate or Senior Associate (4+ PQE) to join a leading Construction & Engineering team. The role offers hybrid working and a competitive salary.

You will advise on major development, redevelopment and infrastructure projects across the UK, draft and negotiate contracts, and collaborate with real estate, planning, banking and corporate teams on large-scale schemes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ PQE in transactional construction.
• Strong experience advising on built environment and real estate related construction matters
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and technical skills
• The ability to manage a varied and complex workload
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A collaborative, proactive and commercially minded approach
• Qualification as an SRA registered solicitor

Responsibilities

Salary: £78,000 – £110,000 (depending on PQE and experience)

A leading national firm is seeking a Construction Associate or Senior Associate (4+ PQE) to join its top tier Construction & Engineering team, advising on major development, infrastructure and built environment projects across the UK. The Role
