Speech Cogs Speech Therapy in North Wales seeks an enthusiastic Associate Speech and Language Therapy Assistant to join our paediatric team and support therapists in delivering targeted therapy.

You will work with children with diverse speech, language and communication needs in schools, homes and clinics, assisting with prep, resources and records while collaborating with families and schools.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic about working with children with additional learning needs.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• A proactive, compassionate and flexible approach.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
• Ability to travel between settings across North Wales.
• Previous experience with children or in educational/healthcare settings is desirable.

Associate Speech and Language Therapy Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Speech and Language Therapy Assistant to join our friendly and supportive paediatric team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills, gain hands‑on clinical experience and work with children with a wide range of speech, language and communication needs.

The Role:

• Support Speech and Language Therapists in delivering individual and group therapy sessions.
• Work with children presenting with autism, ADHD, language disorders, speech sound disorders and other additional learning needs.
• Deliver therapy in schools, homes and clinic settings across North Wales.
• Assist with therapy preparation, resources, clinical administration and record keeping.
• Work collaboratively with families, schools and other professionals.
