Key Eligibility Criteria

• Employment Associate with 3+ years Post Qualification Experience (PQE).
• Trained and experienced within a leading employment department.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Handle a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters primarily for respondent-side employers.
• Manage cases involving TUPE, employment contracts, advisory work, dismissals, terminations, discrimination, tribunal representation, redundancies, and corporate restructuring.
• Engage in work spanning multiple jurisdictions, offering exposure to international employment matters.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

Base Pay Range: £75,000.00 - £95,000.00 per year (dependent on skills and experience)
