Job summary

G2 Legal is working with a nationally recognised boutique disputes practice specialising exclusively in contentious trusts and estates. They seek a Contentious Probate Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join a high-calibre team and manage a varied caseload with autonomy.

You will handle will and inheritance disputes, Inheritance Act 1975 claims, and trust and estate disputes, with mentoring and partnership progression in view, while enjoying flexible remote or hybrid working and a strong work-life balance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' PQE in contentious probate or related field.
• Strong technical ability and client care skills.
• Ability to manage own caseload independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of complex disputes including will and inheritance disputes.
• Handle claims under Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975.
• Advise on trust and estate disputes, executorship and trusteeship matters.

I'm keen to speak with Contentious Probate Solicitors (3+ PQE) who are looking to join a nationally recognised boutique disputes practice specialising exclusively in contentious trusts and estates.

Unlike many private client teams, the practice is dedicated solely to contentious work, offering lawyers the opportunity to develop genuine specialist expertise while working alongside some of the leading names in the field.

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of complex disputes, including will and inheritance disputes, claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, trust and estate disputes, challenges to the validity and capacity of wills, and executor and trustee disputes. You'll enjoy the autonomy to run your own matters while benefiting from the support, mentoring and technical expertise of a collaborative and experienced team.
