Job summary

G2 Legal is seeking a Contentious Probate Solicitor with 3+ PQE to join a nationally recognised boutique disputes practice specialising exclusively in contentious trusts and estates. You will manage a varied caseload of complex disputes, including will and inheritance disputes, and acts under the Inheritance Act 1975, with autonomy and mentoring support from a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of complex disputes including will and inheritance disputes.
• Handle Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 and trust/estate disputes.
• Challenge the validity and capacity of wills and executor/trustee disputes.
