  • Hybrid role: Two days per week in the Bristol or South Wales office, with fully remote options considered for qualified solicitors.
Role Overview

We are delighted to be working with a national business, to recruit an Associate Solicitor to join its expanding and high performing Employment Law team. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload from initial referral through to conclusion, covering both contentious and non contentious matters. Responsibilities include advising on settlement agreements, drafting employment contracts, policies and handbooks and guiding clients through complex employment law issues.

The role requires delivering efficient, high quality case handling, ensuring excellent client outcomes while meeting regulatory requirements, KPIs and SLAs. With a strong pipeline of work and a team rich in experience, this position offers significant opportunities for professional development and profile building within a supportive environment.
