We are looking for a results-oriented Site Merchandiser to grow our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing site and email merchandising strategies. This role is based in Bangalore.

The Site Merchandiser will ensure high-quality product information is available, set and meet customer expectations, and manage content across emails, home pages, category pages, and other site pages. They will analyze web metrics, report performance, and propose, plan, and execute new features, stores, and products, collaborating with business and technical teams. The role involves coordinating with project managers, developers, marketing, and design teams to drive feature launches and site improvements.

Technical skills required include HTML, XML, and Excel, with the ability to learn internal tools quickly. The candidate should be detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects, work well with teams, and communicate effectively in English. Innovation, motivation, and an interest in online merchandising are essential.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• BA/BS degree
• Experience designing and executing online customer experiences
• Strong communication skills and experience coordinating teams and communicating with senior management
• Bias for action and ability to prioritize
• Use of data and metrics to support recommendations
• Organizational skills, flexibility, and results-oriented in a fast-paced environment
