Foot Anstey LLP is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate in Planning to join our ambitious Planning & Environment team across the South West. You will work on major infrastructure projects, DCOs, ICOs, and a broad range of Town and Country Planning Act matters for developers and infrastructure providers.
You will advise on planning applications and delivery, negotiate planning agreements, and provide due diligence support for energy, real estate, and infrastructure transactions.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our nationally recognised Planning & Environment team, ranked in Chambers and Legal 500, at a time of continued growth.
You’ll work on a diverse range of high-profile planning matters, with a particular focus on major infrastructure projects and development schemes. Our work spans Development Consent Orders and other infrastructure consenting regimes, alongside complex Town and Country Planning Act matters for developers, infrastructure providers, landowners, and investors.
