Job summary

Pathway Careers Ltd, recruiting for a leading commercial law firm in Belfast, seeks an Associate or Senior Associate to specialise in corporate transactional work, governance, and client advisory.

You will manage matters from instruction to completion, provide commercially focused advice, mentor junior lawyers and help develop business with a diverse client base across NI, Ireland and the UK. Salary is negotiable and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• PQE in corporate law with proven post-qualification experience.
• Experience in managing corporate transactions and governance matters.
• Strong technical legal knowledge with commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Manage corporate matters from instruction to completion.
• Provide pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice to clients.
• Collaborate with Partners on complex, high-value transactions.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and contribute to business development.
• Mentor and support junior legal staff (particularly for Senior Associate applicants).
