Pathway Legal in Belfast seeks an Associate/Senior Associate to join its growing Corporate team. You will handle high‑quality corporate transactions for a broad client base across Northern Ireland, Ireland and the UK. Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with strong post‑qualification experience in corporate law.
• Experience advising on corporate transactions and/or corporate governance matters.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience supervising or mentoring junior colleagues is beneficial at Senior Associate level.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a broad range of corporate transactions and governance matters.
• Manage corporate matters from instruction through to completion with high standards of client service.
• Develop relationships with clients, colleagues and other professional advisers.
• Analyse legal and commercial risk to provide pragmatic, commercially focused advice.
• Collaborate with Partners and senior lawyers on complex, high‑value transactions.
• Supervise workloads, deadlines and priorities across multiple matters.
