Chadwick Nott - South West and South Wales in Exeter is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join its Banking & Finance team. The role offers hybrid working, a salary of £70,000–£95,000 depending on experience, and the chance to work on high-value finance transactions within a national practice.

You will lead and support a range of matters including real estate, acquisition, corporate, development and project finance, drafting facility agreements and related documents, and advising

Qualifications

• 3-6 years' PQE in banking and finance.
• Experience leading finance transactions and managing client relationships.
• Experience across sectors such as sustainable economy, impact investing, financial services, private wealth, real estate or international finance.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a wide variety of finance matters, including real estate finance, acquisition finance, corporate lending, development finance, project finance and impact investment transactions.
• Draft, negotiate and advise on facility agreements, security documents, intercreditor arrangements, loan notes and related finance documentation.
• Advise lenders and borrowers on new lending arrangements, refinancings and restructurings, and manage transaction workstreams across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Support domestic and international transactions, including working with overseas counsel.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted adviser; identify opportunities for collaboration and business development.

Location: Exeter

Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time or Part-time (Hybrid working available)

Salary: £70,000 - £95,000 (depending on experience)

A dynamic and forward thinking law firm is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join its highly experienced Banking & Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a collaborative, agile environment, advising on high value and complex finance transactions while contributing to the continued growth of a nationally recognised practice.

The Role

You will be responsible for leading and supporting a wide variety of finance matters, including:

• Real estate finance
• Acquisition finance
• Corporate lending
• Development finance
• Project finance
• Impact investment transactions

Your work will include drafting, negotiating and advising on facility agreements, security documents, intercreditor arrangements, loan notes and related finance documentation. You will advise both lenders and borrowers on new lending arrangements, refinancings and restructurings, and manage transaction workstreams across multi disciplinary teams.

You will also:

• Support domestic and international transactions, including working with overseas counsel
