• Drafting and negotiating finance documentation, security packages and related agreements.
• Managing transaction workstreams and coordinating teams across Corporate, Real Estate and Private Wealth.
• Supporting domestic and cross-border transactions.
• Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers.
• Contributing to business development initiatives and the continued growth of the practice.

Managing Associate - Banking & Finance - Exeter

The Role

You’ll take a leading role on a broad range of banking and finance transactions, working closely with an established client base that includes banks, alternative lenders, investors, developers, family offices and corporate borrowers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading complex finance transaction s from inception through to completion.
• Advising lenders and borrowers on new lending arrangements, refinancings and restructurings.
