Corporate Associate – South West (Bristol/Cheltenham / Hybrid)

We’re growing our South West Corporate team and are looking for a 3+ PQE Associate to join a close-knit and ambitious group. You’ll work closely with the team leader Rachael Reeves, take ownership of transactions, develop client relationships, and contribute to the team’s growth.

The role will involve a wide range of corporate work, including mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, and cross‑border transactions. You will manage your own matters and work directly with partners.

Requirements
