Theteamactfor PLC, regional and SME house builders, registered providers of affordable housing, land promoters and PRS investors & developers, across awide range of residential and residential-led mixed-use developments

The Role

You will handle avaried caseload, including:

High-value residential development and investment projects
Collaboration agreements and development agreements
Advising on rights of pre-emption
Conditional contracts, transfers and options

About You
