Role Description

As an Associate Research Consultant, you will ensure clients maximize the use of CoStar’s marketing and information products. Your responsibilities include helping clients increase listing visibility, training new clients on effective search techniques, and capturing market-critical data to support informed decision-making. Delivering exceptional customer support and maintaining high-quality data are essential to your success.

Responsibilities

1. Contribute to building an accurate, comprehensive database of commercial real estate inventory.
2. Make daily inbound and outbound calls to real estate professionals to gather real-time property and transaction data.
3. Investigate new listings, recent sales and leases, ownership, and construction data.
4. Monitor client usage and promote effective utilization of CoStar products.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
6. Support new clients and facilitate early product adoption.
7. Provide ongoing training and support to enhance product use and knowledge.
8. Assist clients in marketing their properties effectively on the CoStar platform.
9. Collaborate with the sales team to onboard clients and resolve inquiries.
10. Deliver personalized, high-quality service to all clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Customer service experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels of seniority.
• Strong interest in commercial real estate.
• Proficiency in Excel, including data manipulation and formula development.
• Natural curiosity, persistence, and investigative skills.
• Track record of achieving KPIs or performance metrics.
• Availability to travel to the US for training, as required.
