Job Description:

The Role

This entry-level position within the Associate Recruitment Processing team involves providing administrative support for recruiting Assessment Associates (AAs). The goal is to ensure sufficient AAs are appointed to meet assessment needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle routine enquiries about applications via phone and email, liaising with internal teams regarding AAs.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including support for new applicants and reference checks.
  • Oversee onboarding processes for AAs, maintaining bank details, HMRC data, and personal information.
  • Coordinate communication of new Examiners/Moderators/Markers to relevant departments.
  • Arrange logistics for Senior AA interviews, including venue, accommodation, and travel.
  • Maintain accurate data records and create guidance documents and process maps for new vacancies.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to streamline recruitment processes and improve efficiency.
  • Train new team members and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Process high volumes of applications and references efficiently within deadlines.
Candidate Profile

Required Skills
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook (Essential)
  • Experience with databases (Desirable)
Working Pattern

Standard office hours, Monday to Friday, with flexibility during busy periods, including occasional weekend work. Overtime may be compensated with time off.
