Job summary

Cubiq AI UK is hiring ML consultants across Gen AI and AI for Science markets to help you build your name in the market quickly and credibly. You’ll join a large, specialist team that already runs inbound opportunities and events to drive deals.

We reward you with uncapped commission, quarterly accelerators, equity-like share schemes, frequent company trips, flexible hours and a central Manchester office with an on-site gym.

Qualifications

• I've got a year or more in recruitment.
• You are comfortable walking into a room of strangers at an event and leaving with contacts.
• You follow the AI space and could name a few companies building products you like.
• You know your numbers and run your desk like it’s your own business.
• A background in GTM, marketing, commercial recruitment or life sciences helps if you don't have product experience.

We want Cubiq to be unavoidable. When a business hits a hiring barrier, or a good candidate starts thinking about a move, we want the first name in their head to be ours.

We're a decent way there. Our consultants get recognised at conferences around the world. We put on the networking events that bring the best people in an industry into one room. When a top employer needs someone who genuinely moves the needle for them, we're usually the ones making that introduction.

None of that happened by accident and none of it was easy. It came from building genuinely specialist teams and then backing them to go deep rather than wide.

That's what you'd be joining. You'd build a name in your market faster here than you would anywhere else, because you'd be working somewhere that already has one.

The team you're joining

Cubiq AI UK is one of our largest teams in both headcount and revenue. We work with the AI labs that make the global headlines, and our consultants are known for holding their own in technical conversations with them.

The team is led by Kiera Johnson, who runs her own AI community events and is fully embedded in industry. Plenty of work comes in as inbound, on word of mouth. BD is done as a unit, and we typically see joiners to the team achieve their career-best deal within six months.

We're hiring ML consultants, with opportunities across both our Gen AI and AI for Science markets.
