Job Description:

Benchmark Staffing Solutions is looking to speak with individuals interested in a lucrative and exciting career in Construction recruitment. We are hiring an Associate Recruitment Consultant to support our continued growth.

The role involves screening candidates, building relationships, gathering information, and qualifying job specifications with clients. A desire to develop professionally is essential, and the role will expand to include client liaison with support from our Learning & Development team.
