InterEx Group is hiring for Contract Associate Consultants to join our vibrant, energetic sales office in the City of London, Liverpool Street/Moorgate. You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, win new business, and build strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a recruitment consultant 360 role (or 180) is preferred.
• Proven track record of billing and meeting KPIs.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and resilient.
• Knowledge of the tech recruitment space is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify and win new clients through cold calling, networking, and market research.
• Build long-term partnerships with clients and understand their hiring needs.
• Negotiate terms of business and manage client accounts.
• Source and attract top talent via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and CRM.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates’ suitability for roles.
• Manage candidates throughout the interview and onboarding process.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience from first contact to placement.
• Meet and exceed KPIs and billing targets.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the CRM.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends in your niche (Cloud, Cyber, Data, etc.).

As an Associate Consultant, you’ll be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle. You will win new business, build strong client relationships, and manage candidate sourcing.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Identify and win new clients through cold calling, networking, and market research
• Build long-term partnerships with clients and understand their hiring needs
• Negotiate terms of business and manage client accounts

Candidate Management

• Source and attract top talent via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and CRM
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates’ suitability for roles

Full 360 Management
