Job summary

InterEx Group is hiring an Associate Recruitment Consultant in London to start a career in technology recruitment. You’ll run a commercial 360 role, building relationships with clients and candidates, and working toward ambitious targets.

No prior recruitment or technology experience is required; the focus is on your ability to sell, prospect, close deals and build a long-term desk with support from managers. London-based, full-time, office-based.

What You'll Be Doing

Recruitment at InterEx is a highly commercial, 360 role where you’ll have the opportunity to build your own business.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Developing new business and winning clients
• Building long-term client and candidate relationships
• Prospecting and generating new opportunities
• Sourcing and engaging high-quality talent
• Managing the recruitment process from start to finish
• Negotiating and closing placements
• Building your own specialist market
• Growing your personal network and client base

You could be a strong fit if you have experience in:

• B2B or B2C sales
• Account management
