Daniel Owen Ltd. is seeking an Associate Recruitment Consultant to join the Farnborough facilities management team.

You will manage the full 180 recruitment process from vacancy briefing to candidate placement, sourcing candidates, administering candidates, and delivering a high-quality service. This role is ideal for those with initiative, strong communication skills, and a drive to meet targets while building long-term client and candidate relationships.

Daniel Owen is looking for an ambitious Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Facilities Management team in Farnborough. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in recruitment.

About the Desk

Our Farnborough Facilities Management recruitment team works with clients covering maintenance, engineering and building services specialising in soft services.

You will be joining a growing division with strong demand across temporary, contract and permanent recruitment, which has become an opportunity for recruiters to grow their reputation in a booming sector.

The Role

A relationship-focused role, you will work closely with candidates, managing the full 180 recruitment process from vacancy briefing through to candidate placement.

You will be responsible for candidate sourcing, candidate administration, vacancy management, interview coordination, offer negotiation and delivering a high quality recruitment service.

This is a varied recruitment sales role suited to someone with initiative who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships and working towards targets.

• Candidate Relationships: Not just over the phone, but face to face, you'll identify, develop and maintain candidate relationships.
• Talent Sourcing: Seek out skilled individuals with the right qualifications and experience for opportunities within the Facilities Management sector
• Recruitment Support: Provide recruitment and administrative support, including maintaining databases and candidate profiles.
• Team Support: Support the team with Facilities Management requirements, helping to match high quality candidates to suitable roles.
