Candidate Relationships: Not just over the phone, but face-to-face, you'll identify, develop and maintain candidate relationships.
Talent Sourcing: Seek out skilled individuals with the right qualifications, experience and career goals for permanent opportunities.
Recruitment Support: Provide recruitment and administrative support, including maintaining databases and candidate profiles.
Permanent Recruitment: Support the team with permanent white collar construction recruitment, helping to match high-quality candidates to suitable roles.
Client Relationships: Build strong working relationships with existing clients, supporting repeat business and long-term partnerships.
A Proven Professional: Whether your background is in recruitment, sales, customer service or another target-driven environment, you know how to build relationships, get results and deliver a high-quality service.
