Daniel Owen is looking for an Associate Recruitment Consultant / Recruitment Consultant to join the team at our Farnborough office. Your impact as an Associate Recruitment Consultant

• Candidate Relationships: Not just over the phone, but face‑to‑face, you’ll identify, develop and maintain candidate relationships.
• Talent Sourcing: Seek out skilled individuals with the right qualifications, experience and career goals for permanent opportunities.
• Recruitment Support: Provide recruitment and administrative support, including maintaining databases and candidate profiles.
• Permanent Recruitment: Support the team with permanent white‑collar construction recruitment, helping to match high‑quality candidates to suitable roles.
• Client Relationships: Build strong working relationships with existing clients, supporting repeat business and long‑term partnerships.
