Chadwick Nott is seeking an Associate in Real Estate Development to join its Commercial Property team in Bristol. The role requires 4+ PQE and offers a permanent, full-time position with hybrid working and flexibility.

You will advise on large-scale regeneration and development projects, handle acquisitions/disposals and strategic land matters, and work with national and regional public and private sector clients. There are clear progression prospects.

Associate - Real Estate Development - 4+ Years PQE

Location: Bristol

Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (hybrid working with flexibility)

Salary: £70,000 to £96,000 (depending on experience)

A leading national commercial law firm is seeking an Associate (4+ PQE) to join its expanding Commercial Property team. The department has seen significant growth in recent years, supported by major tender wins and high profile regeneration and development projects across the UK. The Role

You’ll be responsible for advising on a broad range of commercial property and development matters, including:

• Large scale regeneration and development projects
• Commercial and residential development work
• Acquisitions, disposals and strategic land matters
• Advising national and regional public and private sector organisations
• Working closely with senior colleagues to develop specialist development expertise
• Leading on a variety of high value projects
• Supporting a collaborative and ambitious team culture
• Maintaining high professional standards and compliance

Clients include major public bodies and private sector organisations such as:

• Local authorities across the UK
• Housing associations and major developers
• Public sector organisations including London Boroughs, GLA, City of London, Peabody Trust and Places for People
