Turner & Townsend is seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager for prestigious infrastructure projects. You will bring extensive cost management experience and a consultative approach to working with clients and teams to maximise value.

The role covers contract administration, cost monitoring, forecasting and cash-flow management across major programmes, with emphasis on governance, change control and collaboration between client and contractor teams.

Qualifications

• Proven cost/quantity surveying and commercial management experience.
• MRICS qualification and NEC3 contracts (Option C) preferred.
• Post-contract administration experience.
• Experience on major programmes and projects.
• Experience on infrastructure projects (rail, aviation, ports, utilities, highways).
• Experience in leading and managing teams.

Responsabilités

• Establish professional relationships with clients, colleagues and other project stakeholders.
• Administer contracts in line with project objectives and governance.
• Provide accurate cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting to budget.
• Monitor cost variance and contract cash flow; ensure timely progress payments.
• Collaborate with client and contractor teams to deliver KPIs, cost control and value engineering.
• Lead contract change management and governance adherence.
• Improve forecast accuracy and budget management.
• Provide sound commercial guidance to stakeholders; support final accounts negotiation and closure.
• Lead project teams and commissions as needed.
