Senior & Associate Quantity Surveyors - Oxfordshire

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-established construction consultancy firm that is rapidly expanding in the Oxfordshire region. They are seeking an exceptional Senior and Associate Quantity Surveyor to play a pivotal role in their growth plans.

The Role
As a Senior or Associate Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing complex projects from inception to completion. Your duties will include:

1. Preparing estimates, cost plans, and contract documentation
2. Managing subcontractor accounts and valuations
3. Negotiating final accounts and resolving contractual disputes
4. Mentoring and developing junior team members

Requirements

1. Proven experience in a similar Quantity Surveying role
2. Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
3. Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
4. Proficiency in industry-standard software and IT systems
