Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate project costs and recommend value engineering solutions for greater efficiency
• Provide expert advice on NEC4 contracts, particularly option B, for highways and infrastructure
• Guide design and engineering teams on the cost implications of construction methods and material choices
• Prepare Bills of Quantities and tender documents
• Manage project costs throughout construction and negotiate final accounts
• Lead client meetings and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects successfully

About You:

• A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related RICS-accredited qualification
• Demonstrable experience in a commercial role, ideally within highways or infrastructure sectors
