Key Responsibilities
- Own and support research, engineering, and software development projects from discovery to delivery.
- Guide diverse, cross-functional teams to deliver objectives and build digital products using Agile (scrum) ceremonies.
- Contribute to business cases and ensure clarity of scope, good estimating, planning, and risk management.
- Develop and manage Project Management Plans (MSP and Azure DevOps) to deliver software solutions, aligning with stakeholders.
- Define team roles, set expectations, and provide timely feedback.
- Ensure deployment of appropriate tools and adherence to methods and practices for successful project outcomes.
- Estimate resources and costs, and review assumptions regularly.
- Monitor progress to ensure timely delivery within budget, meeting or exceeding expectations.
- Collaborate with other leads to develop and maintain management plans, including risk, configuration, change, and quality management.
- Work with Product Managers and Technical Team Leaders to ensure successful delivery.
- Manage relationships and coordinate work across different teams and locations.
- Represent the project team in meetings and secure buy-in from senior management.
