Associate Agile Project Manager - Up to £45,000 per annum + Bonus - BIG 4 CONSULTANCY - Leeds - Hybrid Working - IT/Tech

Key Responsibilities

• Own and support research, engineering, and software development projects from discovery to delivery.
• Guide diverse, cross-functional teams to deliver objectives and build digital products using Agile (scrum) ceremonies.
• Contribute to business cases and ensure clarity of scope, good estimating, planning, and risk management.
• Develop and manage Project Management Plans (MSP and Azure DevOps) to deliver software solutions, aligning with stakeholders.
• Define team roles, set expectations, and provide timely feedback.
• Ensure deployment of appropriate tools and adherence to methods and practices for successful project outcomes.
• Estimate resources and costs, and review assumptions regularly.
• Monitor progress to ensure timely delivery within budget, meeting or exceeding expectations.
• Collaborate with other leads to develop and maintain management plans, including risk, configuration, change, and quality management.
• Work with Product Managers and Technical Team Leaders to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage relationships and coordinate work across different teams and locations.
• Represent the project team in meetings and secure buy-in from senior management.
